StaffAI provides artificial intelligence agents ("AI Employees") that perform business functions including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations tasks. These AI Employees operate through standard business interfaces (email, phone, desktop applications) and are deployed as independent contractors under 1099 classification. AI Employees integrate with existing workflows and systems without requiring API development or custom software integration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality, gain unauthorized access to systems, or use the Site for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to StaffAI and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
5. SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS communications from StaffAI:
- You may receive text messages related to account notifications, service updates, onboarding, customer support, or operational communications.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- For assistance, reply HELP.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.
- StaffAI does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Opt-in may occur through texting a keyword (e.g., START) to a StaffAI number after instruction from a StaffAI representative, or through explicit verbal or written consent where SMS communication is requested.
